What you need to know:

In coordination with Syntax Data, Nasdaq and Syntax have jointly decided to transition administration of the indexes and dissemination of the index data to Syntax.

Effective after the close of business on Friday, November 21, 2025, Nasdaq will cease the calculation and dissemination of the following indexes:

• Kelly Data Center & Tech Infrastructure Index (Symbol: SRVRSCPR)
• Kelly Data Center & Tech Infrastructure Total Return Index (Symbol: SRVRSCTR)
• Kelly Data Center & Tech Infrastructure Net Total Return Index (Symbol: SRVRSCNR)
